I love Holly’s works. They cover a broad range of topics, many of which I have no knowledge of apart from what she has shared. If the occasion arises, please let her know that it was I who pointed you to her substack. I wish her to know that her generosity to myself was not without dividends.
"Second — and this is the part that nobody wants to say out loud — they have most of the psychopaths."
Many people are saying the left has more psychopaths. It's is something that is being said out loud. But she is right in that maybe those that are saying "the time for talking has ended" don't understand what that means.
This has been addressed in a number of contexts. Like those who argue "both sides." Like both sides use ad hominem attacks in their argument. This is true, but I guarantee you one side, the left, does it far more than the other because their substantial arguments for their stance are far weaker, thus necessitating a far larger reliance on fallacious arguments.
Psychopaths also find it easier to hide their lack of empathy by being able to employ visible signs of alleged altruism. Wearing a mask is one of those actions. Many of us who disagree about masking will see their talks of morality about saving grandma quickly turn into attacks on our character and personality. Why is that? Why do those who claim to have moral superiority to us quickly turn that into character assassination?
Everything you mentioned here are thoughts I have had in the past 2 days. Ted Nugent said that we have 10 million guns and they have 10 million genders. He has been denied entry into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Curt Shilling, who won 216 games in the major leagues, 3 world series among other accolades, has never garnered any Hall of Fame talk, mainly for his right-leaning politics. I would prefer the company of these two over anyone from the left. I have come to this decision after what I have seen in the past 2 days. People who are easily manipulated by the media are dangerous.
This is some of your very best writing Kitsune. Thank you for your words and for pointing me to Holly Mathnerd's viewpoint too.
Thank you.

I disagree with her.
