From my limited familiarity with this specific issue related to OSHA, I thought it was astute of you to point out that it's neither a bombshell revelation nor a matter requiring a whistleblower, since the information was publicly available over 4 years ago. (However, it is interesting to bring the matter up for greater scrutiny in hindsight. Especially as it relates to legal liability.)

Objectively, I'd say you were right to call attention to the earlier source material and it should have been graciously acknowledged as a relevant contribution to the discussion.

Thanks. That’s what I thought too.

Here's an interesting coincidence:

Directly after reading your reply, I opened the very next email I received tonight (linked below). It begins like this:

"I’m not sure what I wrote or said, but I lost 10% of my paid subscribers in a day. I have to be genuine and will not align 100% with anyone.

For those who are sticking with me, thank you. I hope to continue to deliver truth regardless whether it is comfortable to read or hear."

(Apparently others are experiencing a similar unexplained decline in subscriptions as you have reported.)

I read this earlier but now have time to reply. I was going to say that while I do not want to jump to conclusions, clearly something is going on. Then I was going to suggest that it may possibly be that they are removing bots or accounts that are fake in some way. Rereading this I see that this substacker lost a significant portion of their paid subscriptions, so my theory does seem to fit.

I had an experience in which I felt someone was trying to get information about me indirectly. I didn't give in. They disappeared. There are definitely bots out there. Along with some scammers.

I agree. Acknowledgements should be made, even if they make us uncomfortable.

Kathleen darling, I noticed that someone with the same surname as your married name and the same Christian name as your husband and from the same town was an unsuccessful candidate for the Democrats at the state level in your state last year. I still love you so much darling after all the time we shared together but I am wondering if you are still his wife.

🙄

I told Bill Rice to check his settings. Et tu, Kitsune Fans?

Maybe Substack isn't just "adjusting" every default, but only the unapproved tin-hat-wearing thoughtful people's.

(emoji wars or are they biometrics of superheros?)

I should ask him about this. Even if he doesn’t know, it may add to something.

Emojis. We are regressing back to cave art for communicating, sans the caves.

Guy is making an important point.
