A lot of customer service is a holding pattern. There is a lot of unnecessary time and calorie burning as part of it. Here in the states, you first wade through the Spanish/English option. Following that, there is the reminder that they have a website which answers most of the issues you have. I don't want to talk to people usually, so I have already looked at these sites and did not find the answer, which is why I called customer service. The interplay between the phone and website reminds me of "i don't know, go ask your dad" vs. "i don't know, go ask your mom" which results in you getting screwed as neither parent wants to do anything...similar to the customer service at any given location.
In terms of Apple, I usually find the answer on my own. I dig deep into Reddit, Apple websites, there are a variety of sources. I remember I went on a long, protracted marathon burn to try to find out why my Mac =Pro was heating up, slowing down, and having huge "kernel process issues." It turned out, I just needed to clean out the fan.
Problematic. While my flint and steel fire starting skills are quite good, finding available material to burn in the city is tiresome. Then we have the pesky neighborhood busy bodies who tend to freak out ant call the fire brigade and the police. Worse, I have often found the intended recipients busy looking for those who can make biscuits and gravy or some such errand.
I gotcha. That was some funny shit! I am free for biscuits and gravy on August 16th or August 17th. We can mourn Elvis Presley's death on the 16th while chowing down on some burgers. We can do the same on the 17th but it will be a day late.
More proof that satan is in complete control of the entire world. It will not end until the return of Jesus, though we are all called to resist while placing all our trust in God. These days have been predicted for millennia, yet few are aware of that fact.
One thing for sure is that it is going to get much, much worse before it gets better.
Customer no Service

I think we should return to smoke signals...while grilling some burgers.

Sadly, for the time being, weekends are NG.
You have said that before. How about August 14th 4:30 and beyond?
I do not want my stuff in the cloud. Never went there because I never trusted it.
Wondering why anyone would want their stuff on in someone’s database…
For me it was for two reasons, too much to store locally and the threat of having all my devices seized.
good ole days of pen & paper!
works for me😻
