I think that looks cozy and warm, a nice place to sleep, knit the raveled sleeve of care! Super important in times of stress to get some good sleep. The rest will come into shape as you settle in.
The bedroom is set. It is the only room that is not a complete mess. The kitchen/dinning room is not bad except for the table, which is a wreck. The tatami mat room is better than it was despite the laying in of many more boxes. I stacked them in a form of semblance so it actually looks more organized than it is. The other room is a wreck. Iffen I didn’t have my students’ speeches to check, I could make some head way on putting things away.
Update. While not properly put away, I cleared the floor in the living room so that it is now functional and the heated rug, which ceased to fit in the bedroom once the bed was brought in, fits perfectly. Just set up a tiny Christmas tree.
A Fox's den is never fully a fox's den with a Christmas Tree. I will probably put one up myself. I will make it out of branches and leaves to save money. More money for burgers!
Having just one room sorted and the most important one at that, will make a huge difference as it will set the tone for a good sleep and the right environment to wake up to for a positive day ahead.

I heard about HB Moving. They refuse cash and work for pizza and ramen. They will also take beer, as long as nothing falls of the wagon.
Tristle trastle trostle trone, time for this one to come home.
Looks great!
Much more comfortable looking than before. Sadly, no cats to disturb my sleep.
I just saw your latest post in my inbox - the one about ghosts and was going to comment, only to find it has strangely disappeared.
I reposted it with photos.
Great!
I unpublished it. I forgot to upload the photos I took for it and will repost it once I have.
How is the new Fox Den coming along?

Sounds like a Fox's den to me.

That is the plan.
