I would love to hear your take on this story I have been working on.

The lab leak hoax is another distraction, the only way to create a worldwide pandemic is to clone lots and lots of virus and spread it all over the place.

I wonder if a 3D printer can address some of the issues of maintaining and keeping old appliances working.

I don't think all of this is bad. I still question the use of dishwashers. I mean, we used to wash and insert the dishes into the dishwasher. How does that make any sense? It was like cleaning up for the maid. I still clean up for the maid. After all, I can't have them thinking that I am a slob.

I did not think this eco-device idiocy had spread to Japan. But then I have not tried to buy any such machines for the last decade plus.

I appreciate the warning because our A/C is now over ten years old and the outdoor fans are looking a little ragged and rusty. I had thought that buying a new one would not be an issue. I will now let SWMBO do some serious research (she's better at this than I) to see what our options are

Eventually I imagine we will go to the vendomat to clean our dishes and clothes. Maybe that is where this "you will own nothing and be happy" mentality will eventually end up.

Every product is becoming smaller, thinner and of poor quality and function. It is pervasive and is in everything we wear, eat and utilise whether it is home appliances, technology or vehicles we drive. Nothing is spared this decline.

Yes, with the central air so expensive, I have gone to two units, one window and one free standing.

Dishwasher has long given up the ship, the new microwave (replaced 19 year old unit) has given up the ghost, and the clothes dryer is making a strange noise. I can't even pay my gas bill, for paying the gasoline bill for the car, so we'll do without.
